Buff Masters Car Wash

Great experience at Buff Masters! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The manager does a fantastic job making sure everything runs smoothly and that customers are taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. My vehicle looked great when they were finished, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I will never go anywhere else. I drive from Leland over here just to use buff masters. They do an outstanding job. Great customer service and you’re always greeted with a smile.

Not at all pleased with them today. Paid for the $44.95 service. Next time I’ll just go to the car wash and do it myself. I had to drive 45 minutes away just to go to them. Not happy with the cleaning process that was SUPPOSED to be done. No air freshener added either. The Picture that almost looks like a parking lot is the roof of my small car.

10/10 couldn’t recommend Buff Masters more if you need your car detailed! They were able to remove months of dog hair buildup from the car which always felt like an impossible task when cleaning my car myself. They made my car feel brand new in less than a day!! Won’t take my car anywhere else in Wilmington when it comes to getting detailed!

I went to this place despite the mixed reviews because I had a gift card. Unfortunately, the bad reviews reflected my experience with this place. The staff were all nice, but the work is subpar. My car still has patches of filth all over it and I’ve tried to capture that in the photos that I’ve attached. The filth isn’t even just relegated to the nooks and crannies of my car but all over including on the doors and hood.  I got the full service wash, the ‘Master Piece’, and a wax, so they basically just waxed over the dirt which is a concern. The wash also included the ‘wheel bling’ but my wheels are covered in streaks of dirt, and my car has sun spots from the wash. I can’t quite capture how many spots of dirt and pollen were left behind on the doors with my camera, but it looks pretty bad to the naked eye. I think the problem with this place is that they are just going way too fast with these cars. The workers don’t have time to make sure that your car looks good, and they do ask before you leave if you see any problems, but with that kind of rushed atmosphere who is going to admit that their whole car has problem areas? They might do good work with their detailing services, but
